Each piece is grouped by metal type, then by casting profile—so each casting tree is optimised for success. This system, combined with our specific turnaround times, gives us the opportunity to build the most effective casting setups for every model.
This is exactly how we operate at Black Arts Casting—and it’s why we don’t offer artificially short lead times. Rushing would degrade quality and damage both our standards and your profit margins.
This approach sets us apart from ‘fast’ casters and small-scale operations, which often lack the volume to make casting both efficient and high-quality. It also separates us from larger industrial casters, where attention to detail may be lost on the production line. At Black Arts, we’re a family-run business. We care deeply about the outcome. In casting, there is no room for mistakes.
We follow the logic of the Iron Triangle: Good, Fast, Cheap—pick two.
